1) Payment:

1.1) Business Conditions for

2) How to shop with us

2.1)  In order to make a purchase on you must:

  •          Log in
  •          Find the item you want and put them in the basket, then proceed to checkout.
  •          Choose shipping / payment
  •          Accept our terms
  •          Check that all information is correct at collecting ago and approve the purchase

2.2) Freight

To get your goods delivered must pay the freight. Below you can see what your shipping costs:

- GLS Europe home delivery-  105 dkk

If the package's value is higher than 1500DKK in Denmark and 5000 dkk in Europe -  free shipping.

2.3) Delivery

If the ordered is in stock, all orders placed before noon. 18:00 normally be shipped the next day. Normal delivery is two to five days after ordering. When goods are not stock items or the unlikely event sold out, information delivery info by email. sends packages with GLS. We supply to Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Greenland, Faroe Islands,  Germany and Poland.

3) Returns

3.1)  If you regret your purchase (withdrawal) you have 14 days to cancel when you shop at 


3.2)  The withdrawal period will expire 14 days after the day you;

  1.          receive your product
  2.          get the last good in physical possession when it comes to an agreement on several items that have been ordered in one order and delivered separately
  3.          get the last lot or the last part in physical possession, when it comes to an agreement on the delivery of a good consisting of multiple lots or pieces.

4) Items excluded withdrawal

If the product is tested beyond what is described above, we consider it as used, which means that by the withdrawal you only get a part or none of the purchase amount in return, depending on the commercial value of the product(s). You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and the way it works. In other words - you can try the product in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store. 
If the product is proven beyond what is outlined above, we consider it as used, which means that you in case of cancellation only get part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the product's commercial value. 
In order to receive the entire purchase amount return you must therefore do the same as you can in a physical store. You must test the product, but do not take it in actual use. 
4.5) Repayment of the purchase amount: 
If you regret your purchase, you get of course the amount you have paid us back. In the event of any damage or usage, as you are liable to, the appropriate amount will be deducted from the purchase amount. 
If you use your right of withdrawal (cancellation), we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding additional costs as a result of your own choice of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the date after having received the return goods. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. 
4.6)  We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the product, unless you have since been supplied evidence of having sent back the return goods.

4.7) What should I send back? 
You must attach a copy of the order confirmation.

5) Warranty

5.1)  Sale of Goods Act shortage rules may apply to purchases. 
5.2)  When you shop at you have the  24-month warranty . This means that you either get it repaired or replaced, refund or reduction in price, depending on the specific situation.

5.6) Partial delivery

5.7) Back orders 
If an order can not be shipped within the agreed delivery date we will contact you to inform you about possible new delivery deadline. Do you want then to cancel the order, then we just regret that we have not been able to meet our delivery date agreed. 

6) Change of orders  
6.1)  Want to change an order before it is shipped from our warehouse, you can send e-mail with our order confirmation back to us with the text ORDER CHANGE in the subject line. Below you can write what changes you want made.
